Privacy Policy
Skedulaa ("we", "us", "our") is provided by SKEDULAA LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales. This explains what personal data we collect - from businesses using Skedulaa and from their clients - why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

We don't sell data
Your information is shared only with the providers that help run Skedulaa - never sold, never handed to advertisers.
You control Google Calendar
Connecting it is optional, reads and writes events only, and disconnecting deletes the access instantly.
Payments go through Stripe
Card details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store a card number.
Your data, your rights
Access, correct, export, or delete what we hold about you, any time, under UK GDPR.
Information we collect
Account information
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you set up a business, we also collect your business name, the booking page address you choose, your services, prices, and working hours, and - if you invite a team - the name and email of each team member you add.
Client information
When someone books an appointment with a business on Skedulaa, we collect their name, email address, and phone number, plus the details of the appointment itself (service, date, time, and any notes the client or business adds). This information is provided by the client and is used by the business to deliver the service booked - Skedulaa acts as a data processor for this information on the business's behalf.
Payment information
Where a business collects a deposit through Skedulaa, or pays for a Skedulaa subscription, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store card numbers - Stripe passes us only what's needed to show a receipt, an invoice, and a subscription status.
Messages
If a business enables text message reminders, appointment reminders and confirmations are sent to the client's phone number through Twilio, our SMS provider. Email reminders and confirmations are sent directly by us.
Google Calendar
If you choose to connect a Google account from Settings, Skedulaa requests permission to read and write events on your Google Calendar so that bookings made through Skedulaa can appear there automatically. We only ever read or write calendar events - we never access your email, contacts, or anything else in your Google account. You can disconnect this at any time from Settings, which immediately deletes the stored access tokens.
Skedulaa's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Device and usage information
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a small amount of browser storage to remember preferences like dark mode. If you use the Skedulaa mobile app and enable notifications, we store a push notification token for your device so we can notify you about appointments. We also keep basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to keep the service secure and working.
How we use this information
- To provide the booking, scheduling, and reminder service itself
- To process payments and deposits, and to send receipts and invoices
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and account emails
- To respond to support requests and feedback you send us
- To keep Skedulaa secure and to detect abuse of the platform
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations
How long we keep it
We keep account and appointment data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards to meet accounting and legal obligations (typically up to 6 years for financial records, in line with UK requirements). If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data other than what we're legally required to retain.
Your rights
If you're in the UK or EEA, data protection law gives you the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@skedulaa.com. If you're a client of a business using Skedulaa and want to exercise these rights over your booking data, we'd generally ask you to contact that business directly, since they control what happens with it - but you're welcome to contact us either way and we'll help.
International transfers
Some of our service providers (including Stripe, Twilio, and Google) operate outside the UK and EEA. Where that's the case, we rely on their standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards to make sure your data stays protected.
Children's privacy
Skedulaa is intended for use by businesses and adults booking appointments. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes, and update the date at the top when we do. If a change is significant, we'll let account holders know by email.
